Azure @ Mission Bay is comprised of two distinct elements: a 16-story tower on the west and a 6-story, wood-frame podium on the eastern two-thirds of this site. The tower responds to the urban scale, as it is the feature element of the South Mission Bay skyline; while the podium has more of a pedestrian scale that complements the parks around it.
The Type I and III, 394,661 sq. ft. complex, comprises 273 units, 273 parking spaces, a fitness center and a community room.
