4840 Mission Street is a mixed-use development that will extend from Mission St. through Alemany Blvd. in the Excelsior District of San Francisco on a 1.5 acre site. The development will be a 4-story building with 137 affordable housing units, over 4,000 sq. ft. of retail space, a 10,000 sq. ft. health clinic and a mid-block passage.
Nibbi Concrete's scope of work includes a two-level mat slab and cast-in-place post tensioned concrete podium with approximately 6,851 cubic yards of concrete to be poured.
