Located near the historic setting of Castro Street in downtown Mountain View, 899 West Evelyn consists of a four-story, steel-frame building with 80,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space and one level of underground parking. Utilizing cutting edge sustainable strategies and systems, the project received LEED® Gold certification.
The highlight of the building is a rooftop garden featuring lunch area tables and benches, solar panels, water- efficient landscaping, and a bocce ball court. The building itself includes high performance glazing, low VOC materials, a bike storage and public transportation access to the Cal Train station.
Nibbi Concrete supplied all structural concrete.
